Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient status, and accurately document in the EHR. In collaboration with RNs, physicians, and allied staff, you will support care plans, patient education, and discharge preparation.
