Job description
Cabrini of Westchester is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to seniors in our faith-based skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support ADLs, document care accurately, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and therapists. This role supports our mission of dignity and respect for elders while fostering safety, comfort, and holistic well-being in a collaborative, resident-focused environment with opportunities for growth and training.
