Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient status, and document in the EHR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll support care coordination across our hospitals and outpatient facilities, educate patients and families, and uphold infection-control and safety standards.
