Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical support, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care using advanced EMR systems. Working closely with RNs, physicians, and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help coordinate care, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
