Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Manchester Main St primary care practice. The LPN provides direct patient care, administers medications and vaccines, obtains vitals and histories, and supports exams and minor procedures. You will document in the EHR, reinforce care plans, and educate patients and families. Working within a collaborative, team-based model, you’ll uphold safety and infection control standards while contributing to quality improvement and benefiting from ongoing professional development and leading-edge clinical resources.
