Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care, including assessments, vital signs, medication administration, and wound care under RN or physician supervision. You will document in EMR systems, support care plans, and educate patients and families.
