Job description
MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in our acute care setting. The LPN will perform focused assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and support care plans under RN/physician direction. Responsibilities include accurate EHR documentation, patient and family education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
