Hebrew SeniorLife, a Boston-based nonprofit affiliated with Harvard Medical School, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time home health, Mon–Fri, 40 hours. The LPN provides compassionate in-home care for older adults, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
