Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this role, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, document in EHR, and support care planning within an interdisciplinary team. You’ll promote dignity, safety, and comfort while collaborating with CNAs, therapists, and providers.
