Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status in the EMR, and support procedures and care plans. You will educate patients and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
