Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services department in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and support with ADLs. Working in collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll help execute individualized rehab plans, educate patients and families, and promote safe discharges.
