Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, hands-on patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide direct clinical care under RN and physician supervision, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration, while documenting accurately in the EHR. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support patient education, and uphold strict safety and infection control standards.
