Job description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you will deliver person-centered nursing care to residents in long-term and post-acute settings. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and support care planning while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
