Job description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care to residents in long-term and post-acute settings. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. You’ll support residents’ dignity and independence while fostering a faith-based, mission-driven culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
