Job description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you’ll deliver person-centered nursing care in our long-term care and post-acute setting. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and support individualized care plans focused on dignity, safety, and quality of life. You’ll guide CNAs, collaborate with families, and ensure accurate documentation while living out our resident-centered, faith-based mission in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
