Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vitals monitoring, and support with daily living activities. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to execute individualized rehab plans, document progress, and educate patients and families.
