Job description
Salary Range: $37.00-$39.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
$37-$39/hour | Per Diem | Hampton Roads, VA
Same-Day or Next-Day Pay Available
First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR
- PPD within the last year
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. No weight restrictions
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collect and document patient information
- Provide wound care and patient education
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
