Position Overview
The primary purpose of the LPN is to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Supervise, support, and evaluate nursing assistants during daily nursing activities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident status.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited nursing college or university, or graduated from an approved LPN/LVN program.
Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.
Shifts & Status
As an LPN, you can choose from a variety of shifts and units that fit your schedule. A recruiter will work with you to find a schedule that meets your needs.
Education & Training
Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
LPN pay ranges from $30.75 to $33.95 per hour.

Vaccination Policy
