Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Haralson County Jail in Georgia.

✨ What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you‘ll provide hands-on nursing care to patients in a secure correctional healthcare environment. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing nursing care and treatment to patients
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Completing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
Responding to patient healthcare needs and sick calls
Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Following established nursing standards, policies, and procedures
Supporting a safe, secure, and respectful healthcare environment
