Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Up to $35/hour
Day Shift, Night Shift

Are you a LPN nurse who is tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour day or overnight shifts available. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:
Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking and recording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
Provide resident and family education.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
Supervising CNAs
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Current Tennessee License-LPN
Day shift, Overnight Shift
