Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Independence, OR
$36.00 – $43.88/hr | Full-Time & Part-Time

What You’ll Do:
Supervise and deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Support best practices in skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
What You Bring:
LPN license in Oregon
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience or interest in geriatric, rehab, or long-term care
A strong commitment to teamwork and professionalism
