Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. As an LPN at River Ridge , you'll be an important part of a collaborative care team, supporting residents in a specialized brain injury program. This role offers the opportunity to deliver hands-on care, monitor changes, and work closely with nursing leadership to provide thoughtful, consistent support to residents. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Base Pay $33.00 - $38.50/hour. PLUS Shift Differentials up to $9.50/hour Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility. Benefits: Variable compensation plans

Cancer Coverage Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Posted Salary Range: USD $33.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.
