Job description
Franciscan Ministries in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults with developmental disabilities. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor health status, and respond to urgent needs in residential and day program settings. Working within a faith-inspired, mission-driven team, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, uphold dignity and inclusion, and support individualized care plans that promote independence, wellness, and community participation for each person served.
