Responsibilities
Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environmentMonitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changesAssist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood drawsSupport care plans and patient throughputCollaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure patient safety, infection control, and complianceDocument care in EMR/EHR systemsCommunicate changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification requiredCurrent BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.One (1) year of LPN Med Surg experience required.
Pay Transparency
Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.00 to $50.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
