Full-Time & Part-Time | Night Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts
$13,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
12-Hour Shifts

LPN / RN Responsibilities
As an LPN or RN at Willow Ridge, you will:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Communicate changes in condition promptly to physicians, providers, and nursing leadership
Supervise, support, and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations
Help create a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
