Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document in the EHR while collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
