Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and support clinical procedures under RN and provider direction. You will monitor and document patient status in our EHR, educate patients and families, and uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards.
