Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Connecticut. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and providers, including medication administration, treatments, and patient education. You will monitor patient status, document in the EMR, support procedures, and ensure infection control and safety standards.
