Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor and document patient status, and support care plans in collaboration with RNs and providers.
