Licensed Practical Nurse, IDD Services
Part-Time LPN | Every Other Saturday | $25/Hour
Make a meaningful difference in one 12-hour shift every other week.
Sevita is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support individuals in our care. This part-time role offers a consistent every-other-Saturday schedule, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., at $25 per hour . It’s an opportunity to use your nursing skills, build relationships, and help individuals receive attentive, person-centered care.
What you’ll do
Monitor individuals’ health, recognize changes in condition, and help coordinate timely care.
Administer medications, document services, and support staff who assist with medication administration.
Provide treatments and personal care in accordance with physician orders.
Complete nursing assessments and contribute to each individual’s service plan.
Train staff on medication administration, infection control, and other health-related practices.
Partner with families, providers, and team members to support consistent care and advocate for the individuals we serve.
What you’ll bring
Current LPN or LVN license in the state where you’ll work.
Nursing education or certification required by the state.
One year of nursing experience with the population served.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable approach.
Driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance, and any certifications required for the role.
