Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will support RNs and the interdisciplinary team by administering medications, providing wound and rehabilitative care, monitoring vital signs, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families.
