Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support therapies, and educate patients and families. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll promote safe, patient-centered rehabilitation and accurate documentation.
