Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and accurately document clinical findings. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll support individualized rehab plans that promote optimal recovery and safe discharge.
