Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you’ll support RNs and the care team with direct patient care, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and documentation. You will educate patients and families, promote safe mobility, and support individualized rehab plans.
