Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working within a collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team, the LPN assists with admissions, assessments, medication administration, wound care, and rehabilitation-focused interventions. The LPN closely monitors patient status, documents care, and supports individualized therapy plans. You’ll educate patients and families, promote safety, and coordinate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to achieve optimal recovery outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for growth.
