Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services department in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As part of a team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care, the LPN provides direct bedside nursing, administers medications, monitors vitals, documents patient progress, and supports interdisciplinary rehab plans. The role involves collaborating with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote safe recovery, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and infection-control standards.
