Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and accurately document in the electronic health record. Working closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, you will support care plans, patient education, and safe transitions of care.
