Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this patient-facing role, you will provide safe, compassionate care under the direction of RNs and physicians across our Connecticut network. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring and documenting patient status in the EHR, assisting with wound care and procedures, and educating patients and families.
