Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, provide wound and ADL care, and educate patients and families.
