Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will support RNs and the interdisciplinary team with assessments, medication administration, wound care, and rehab-focused nursing interventions. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting in the EHR, assisting with ADLs, reinforcing therapy goals, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and infection control.
