Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and support individualized rehab plans in collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote safety and infection control.
