Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. You’ll document in our EMR, support care planning, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
