Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care to residents in our assisted living community. The LPN will monitor resident health status, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care using EHR systems. You’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to support individualized care plans, promote safety, and respond to changes in condition.
