Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this onsite role, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, administering medications, treatments, and monitoring patient status using EHR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support care plans, patient education, and safe transitions of care.
