Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide person-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing services, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor residents’ conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support individualized care plans, supervise CNAs, and champion safety, dignity, and quality standards.
