Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education under RN/physician direction. You will document accurately in the EMR, support care coordination, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
