Job Description Job Description A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care and assists patients by supporting their daily medical needs. Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, the LPN plays a vital role in monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records to ensure high standards of care.
Responsibilities
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Assist patients with daily activities and hygiene
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Provide patient education and emotional support
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in nursing
