Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs, and support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
