Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services department in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, monitoring vitals, wound care, documentation, and assisting with rehabilitation plans. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will support safe transitions of care, educate patients and families, and contribute to an encouraging, team-focused environment that promotes recovery and offers strong professional growth opportunities.
