Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services team in inpatient rehabilitation. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting rehabilitation plans developed by RNs and therapists. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
